Watch the video of Apple’s education event and iBooks 2 video

Apple has posted the keynote video of the education event it held earlier today. This is Apple’s first public event since the death of the Steve Jobs.

The video is now available to stream on Apple’s site or you can download the video in iTunes.

Today’s education event unveiled iBooks 2.0, iBooks Author (software for creating iBooks) and the new iTunes U app for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. Apple looks to make an significant impact on education by reinventing textbooks for students.

Apple has also posted a video describing iBooks 2 and iBooks Author.
