Here is a video of Steve Jobs explaining why tablet manufactures will have a hard time competing against the iPad. There are several companies wanting to get their piece of the tablet market. One of the toughest hurdles is competing against Apple’s App Store.

There are now over 35000 apps designed for the iPad, with another 300,000 that will work in iPhone mode or double pixels. The Android, BlackBerry and Windows tablets will have a limited number of apps and could have a hard time matching the iPads price.

He also does away with rumors about a smaller iPad.
