Over Two Million iPad’s Sold

It’s taken Apple less than 60 days to sale two million iPad’s. The numbers released by Apple come after the iPad’s international launch.

The iPad went on sale  in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK, this past weekend.

The international launch will continue in July when the iPad goes on sale in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore.

Steve Jobs stated in the press release “Customers around the world are experiencing the magic of iPad, and seem to be loving it as much as we do,” and “We appreciate their patience, and are working hard to build enough iPads for everyone.”

The high demand may quite the critics that doubted there was a place for the iPad ,which falls between a laptop and a iPhone.
