iOS 4.3.1 is available – Jailbreakers should avoid it

Apple has released iOS 4.3.1. The software update addresses some minor bugs. Jailbreakers or future iPad 2 jailbreakers should stay away from this update. The update could contain a bug fix for the unreleased iPad 2 jailbreak from Comex. Below is a list of the improvements and compatible iOS devices.
- Fixes an occasional graphics glitch on iPod touch (4th generation)
- Resolves bugs related to activating and connecting to some cellular networks
- Fixes image flicker when using Apple Digital AV Adapter with some TVs
- Resolves an issue authenticating with some enterprise web services
Products compatible with the update are:
- iPhone 4 (GSM model only)
- iPhone 3GS
- iPad
- iPad 2
- iPod touch (3rd and 4th generation)
This update is not available for Verizon iPhone users.
