Apple Releases iOS 5.0.1 beta 2 to developers.

Apple rarely releases betas for incremental updates, but not only have they released one beta, Apple has just rolled out iOS 5.0.1 beta 2 in a move that came as a surprise to most.

As far what’s new in the update, it fixes the battery bug that plagued iPhone 4S users since its release. It also fixes the iPad SmartCover bug that left a huge gap in iPad security.

If you are a developer, go ahead and download the update via OTA. If your not, I’m sorry but you will have to wait just a little longer.
