Apple has just released iOS 4.3.2 – an update for all iDevices that support the 4.3 software, except the Verizon iPhone 4. A separate software update for Verizon iPhone 4 (iOS 4.2.7) is also available for download.

The bug fixes include:

  1. Freezing of FaceTime in between a video call.
  2. Fixes an issue that caused some international users to connect with 3G networks on iPad 3G+wifi model.
  3. Last but not least, latest updates in security.

The security updates hint towards ion1c exploit which could have been fixed through this update. However, this has not been confirmed.

As usual with an iOS update, jailbreakers should avoid updating their devices, especially if they rely on an unlock.

Dev-Team member MuscleNerd has warned hackers with messages on Twitter, confirming that Apple is working hard to prevent untethered jailbreaks:

Apple sure is aggresively patching these untethered jailbreaks lately (but that’s better than lawsuits)

ultrasn0w unlockers stay away from today’s iOS 4.3.2!

Compatible iOS 4.3.2 devices are :

  1. iPhone 4 (GSM model)
  2. iPhone 3GS
  3. iPad 2
  4. iPad
  5. iPod touch ( 3rd & 4th generation)
