We May See A Verizon iPhone Soon

Rumors are running wild about a Verizon iPhone 4G being released this summer. Apples exclusive agreement with AT&T runs until 2012. So, if Apple can find a way around the AT&T deal we may see the iPhone on Verizons network.

The majority of the rumors seem to come from a Digitimes report where they claim Pegatron Technology has received orders for an iPhone based on CDMA from Apple with annual shipments expected to reach 10 million units.

Pegatron declined to comment.

If there is any truth to this we can expect to see a huge demand for the Verizon iPhone but as of now nothing has been confirmed.
