iPhone unresponsive Fix #1

If your iPhone is not responding to your touch and you can’t make calls or access apps, then there are easy solutions you should try before heading to an Apple store to claim your warranty. If your apps are frozen, then close them in the multitasking centre. If the Home button won’t function either, then hold down the Sleep button on top and switch the iPhone off completely and restart. This method is no most simple and almost all gadget users try this one first.

iPhone unresponsive Fix #2 – Restoring iPhone on Itunes

Holding down the Sleep button on the top and the Home button together. Hold on to them for about 10 seconds or till the Apple logo appears.

If there is still no response, then try charging your phone even if it doesn’t show the low battery warning. There is a possibility that the percentage of battery available is incorrect. If the phone goes blank and would not respond but the little red light keeps flashing, this indicates that the phone needs charging.

Next you can try connecting the phone to a PC. Open up iTunes on the PC. Your phone should be switched off and wait 20-30 seconds before connecting it to the PC. As you connect it to the computer system, hold down the Home button. If the device is recognized, then click on Restore in the Summary Pane. Choose recovery mode. Once the iTunes open up, let go of the Home button. The chances of your iPhone being wiped clean are higher than ever, so let’s hope there was back up. If not, then you can probably restore lost data through iTunes.

If this doesn’t do the trick. head to the Apple help centre and ask for help as your last resort.
