iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus are packed with awesome features and even more responsive Apple devices. These latest smartphones have more haptic feedback than its predecessors. It has 3D touch and new Home button which can provide vibrations when you press the button. There are vibrations as well when you spin the timer in Clock app and more. It is actually great that there are vibration feedbacks to have a click-like sensation.
Some users however do not like this feature for some reasons. If you are one of them, you can easily turn of haptic feedback on your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 plus. Even if you turn off haptic feedback, you can still get vibrations from using 3D Touch. There is no way to disable the vibration effect from that.
If you want to manage haptic feedback on your iPhone 7 for phone calls, simply go to Settings and tap Sound & Haptics.

Hard Reset on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus
iPhone 7 comes with a new solid-state Home button which leads to a new way of performing hard reset on your device. Before the new way of performing hard reset, it was previously done by simply holding down Sleep/Wake button and Home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. However, this technique would no longer work on iPhone 7 and on iPhone 7 Plus. According to Apple, force restart should only be done if the handset is not responding or as a last resort.
To perform hard reset, simply hold down Sleep/Wake button together with the Volume down button until the Apple logo appears.

I hated the new home button effects when I tried them in the store. I would never get used to that feeling that the whole lower half of the phone is somehow caving in. Sticking with my old phone and will check out what Google has to offer.
First thing I do with new phone is turn off haptic feed back. Guess I will be taking new phone back due to another another lack of “choice” engineering decision. Another reason provided not to use 3d touch …
There is nothing more annoying than a home button that vibrates the entire phone. The reason I liked Iphone was because it was quiet and you could be perfectly silient with it. I do not like android and other phone that you can feel the harddrive or haptics when you do anything on the device.
MAJOR FLAW THAT WE CANNOT TURN OFF THE HOME BUTTON HAPTICS!! I am going back today to return and just get a use iphone 6 or a Galaxy.
Apple has ran out of ideas from Steve Jobs and they will continue to get worse. Where there is NO vision the people perish! Apple has lost their vision.
