Deleting all email at once is a feature I’ve been wishing Apple would add for a while now. This feature can be added on jailbroken iOS devices using iOS 4.0 or higher.

DeleteMail is a good example of a useful modification that can be made by jailbreaking. This new tweak will add a “Delete All” or “Archive All” button to your inbox or mail folders in the Mail app. There is no icon added but you will need to go to Setting and enable the DeleteMail extension. Then, once you open the Mail app and tap “Edit”, you will see “Delete All”. You can still delete individual email or delete all at once.

The tweak works with the iPhone, iPod Touch and the first generation iPad (iPad 2 jailbreak hasn’t been released, yet). To get the tweak, go to Cydia on your jailbroken iOs device and search for DeleteMail.

It’s made available by the BigBoss repository and costs $0.99.
