New quick look preview added to apps in iTunes

Apple has added a helpful feature for finding apps and books in the iTunes Store on a desktop computer. When searching for apps, a new info button is available in the bottom right corner when your cursor hovers over an app icon.

Clicking on the “i” button will open a preview of the app via a pop-up window. From the pop-up window you can quickly see the description, screenshots, ratings, and the price.

The feature is also available when viewing music, movies, TV shows, podcasts and books.

The quick preview is a relativity minor tweak but a very useful one nonetheless.
