How To Activate Siri on the iPad in a Few Easy Steps

Q: How do I activate Siri on my iPad?
A: Did you activate Siri on your iPad when you first turned it on? Maybe you didn’t want to trouble yourself with voice command, but time with the iPad has made you curious. You can activate Siri on your iPad with a few easy steps.
Step #1: Go to settings, and select “Siri” at the top of the settings tab.
Step #2: You will arrive at the Siri settings tab where you can activate Siri or deactivate her if you wish. You can also choose what language she speaks, whether or not you want her to respond to you when you ask for something or give a command (voice feedback), as well as what gender Siri should be (whether male or female). Siri and gender have been included by Apple in iOS 7 for the first time, so Siri now has a male voice to complement the female Siri.
To activate Siri on your iPad, push the button from left to right. You should see a green color on the button marked “Siri,” which will let you know that Siri has been activated.
