How to Fix iPhone 7 or iPad Air 2 Won’t Download Apps After Updating iOS 10

1. Check Internet Connection

Before you try other solutions, simply check the internet connection first and make sure that your iPhone 7 or iPad is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular network.

If the Airplane mode is already off, you can perform a simple trick that can fix the issue. All you need to do is to turn on Airplane mode and wait for at least fifteen seconds before you turn it off.
