Solution 1: Update iTunes

Do you have the latest version of iTunes? One reason that can cause you error 23 is not using the latest version of iTunes. Make sure that it is up to date. Simply open iTunes and check for Update. Simply download it and wait for it to finish installing.

Solution 2: Reboot your iPhone

If there are some iTunes errors, a simple reboot can solve the problem. Simply hold sleep/wake button and wait for the Apple logo to appear. This is easiest solution to solve Error 23.

Solution 3: Check your Antivirus Software
