Download Cash App and Sign Up

  1. Open the App Store and search for Square Cash.
  2. Tap Get to start your download.
  3. After installation, open the app and enter your mobile number or email address.
  4. Tap Next, and enter your confirmation code.
  5. Select your primary use, whether Personal or Business.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to finish.

To Setup Virtual Card:

  1. Tap My Cash.
  2. Turn on Virtual Card.

How to Add Square Cash Account to Apple Pay

You probably have already been prompted to include your Cash Virtual Card to Apple Pay. If you skipped the automatic set up when you were prompted, you can add your CVC manually.

Step 1: From your home screen, open the Cash app.

Step 2: In the upper left corner, tap your picture.

Step 3: Scroll down under the Funds section and select My Cash.

Step 4: Scroll down and select Add to Apple Pay under Virtual Card.

Adding your Virtual Card to Apple Pay allows you to use Apple Pay with your Square Cash account.

The integration of Apple and Square allows Square Cash users to purchase goods and services at any store that accept Apple Pay. Stores accepting it have grown to 35% of U.S. retailers.

That percentage translates to millions of brands and physical store within the U.S. along with online-only offerings, e-commerce marketplace, and ridesharing giants, such as Seamless, Jet.com, Lyft and Uber. How to Use Square Cash as Apple Pay Payment Option

Once you want to make a purchase, simply use Apple Pay and select Square Cash as a mode of payment.

Step 1: Place your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 plus near the payment reader. Make sure that your finger is not yet resting on Touch ID.

Step 2: Swipe down when your default card appears.

Step 3: Choose Cash Virtual Card.

Step 4: Place your finger on Touch ID.

How to Use Square Cash Payment Option for Apple Watch

The procedure of switching the payment option to Square Cash Virtual Card is similar to the procedure on iPhone 7 or 7 Plus.

Step 1: Double-click the side button.

Step 2: Swipe left when your default card appears.

Step 3: Choose Cash Virtual Card.

Step 4: Hold your Apple Watch close to the payment reader.

How To Remove Square Cash Account from Apple Pay

If you no longer want to link your Square Cash Account to Apple Pay, you can easily remove it.

Step 1: From Home screen, open Settings app.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Wallet and Apple Pay.

Step 3: Tao your Cash Virtual Card.

Step 4: Scroll down and select Remove Card.

If you ever change your mind, you can always add it back.
