GTA: San Andreas is Back – This Time on iPad

If you’re ever in the mood to reminisce through the 90s and play an entertaining game while you are at it, GTA: San Andreas could be exactly what you’re looking for.
If you have ever played GTA: Vice City or GTA IV, then you wouldn’t want to miss out on GTA: San Andreas which has recently become available on Android and iOS devices. Of course, the experience is different than playing with the use of a controller but in my personal opinion, it didn’t detract from the fun factor at all.
In GTA: San Andreas, you play the role of CJ Johnson. He’s based in San Andreas and he is a functioning gang member. The map is fairly easy to navigate and nowhere near as large as GTA V. The task to be accomplished in the game is anything but simple: to exonerate CJ Johnson of murder changes and to seek vengeance for his mother.
In the game, you aren’t just stuck in LA. You reach the likes of San Fierro and Las Venturas. These two cities are likely virtual versions of San Francisco and Las Vegas. The gorgeous landscape that the creators of GTA have put it out make it evident that no cent was spared to make the experience absolutely unforgettable and breathtaking for the game player.
This is especially true if you are fortunate enough to be using retina display on your iPad. There are also options provided so that you can adjust the settings for visual effects, draw distance, and resolution. If you are worried about the lack of a controller, this isn’t necessary as you will have access to a virtual analogue stick on the left portion of the screen. From here you can fire a weapon or step on the gas pedal. However if you like to rock it old school, controllers compatible with iPads are always available for purchase. Enjoy the game. We sure did.
