Google Earth App For the iPad

Google has released Google Earth 3.0 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The app looks incredible on the iPad’s large screen and it functions extremely fast and smooth. I have been using it on WiFi and there is virtually no time waiting for images to load.
Most people are familiar with Google Earth on their desktop or iPhone but it has never looked or worked better than it does on the iPad.
The app makes it easy to learn and discover more about anywhere on the planet. Wikipedia and photos are included on landmarks to give more information about them. The app is not intended for directions or looking up local business, you still need Google Maps for that.
The only thing I see that is missing is the 3D buildings that are on the desktop version but this is definitely a app worth trying.
