hi – I am entering the correct email and password when trying to set up my emails, and it keeps coming up telling me “Cannot get mail, the user name or password for pop3.live.com is incorrect”
Has anyone had this problem before ? It’s driving me mad as I know it’s the correct password !!
Thanks
That’s the correct weblog if you wants to look for out about it topic. You are aware of much its nearly exhausting to argue with you (not too I actually would want…HaHa). You undoubtedly put a fresh spin using a subject which has been revealed for years. Nice stuff, just great!
I just got my wife an iPad2 – she already was using an iPod. Getting the email was a problen on the iPad2. Everything was set up exactlly like the iPod. After 3+ hours of getting “Cannot get mail, the user name or password is incorrect”. “I always use the same password on everything!” It turned out her password was not what she said it was. Finally got the correct one in and WOW there was all her email.

That’s weird, if the email settings worked on your iPhone it should work on your iPad. You may want to verify your email setting on your iPad.
Here are the mail servers for Adelphia / Roadrunner;
