Ready to file your taxes? There’s an app for that.
iPad users can download the Taxsoftware app from the App Store and prepare their taxes on the iPad.
Like most tax software, there is a series of questions that help determine the final tax bill or the size of the return.
Once all the questions are completed on your iPad, the form can be transferred to your Mac or PC to file the return. It can also be printed from your iPad, if you have Airprint setup on your printer.
The 2010 version of Taxsoftware for iPad costs $10 and there is a free 2009 version for those who need to file amended returns.
This is the first tax software available for the iPad, other tax preparation services will likely follow suit.
